Morning
Today is a day to focus on feeling safe. I am surrounded by loved ones, I am a member of a community, and I am an inextricable part of the web of life. I am safe physically and emotionally, and stand in the light of the sun, not in the shadow.
Evening
Tonight I will rest knowing that I will sleep safely, that my loved ones will sleep safely,and that it is the nature of the universe to nurture and protect.
