Daily Meditation #11

These daily meditations are, excepts from ‘Science Of Mind’ by Ernest Holmes, published in 1926.

“Become quiet and composed. The body should be relaxed but the mentality should be active. Then, carefully read the meditation several times, phrase by phrase, endeavoring to realize the meaning of the words and trying to enter into the atmosphere of thought. After having done this, meditate upon the words, following the meditation until you feel a sense of realization.”

Be Still And Know

“Cast aside all doubt, soul of mine, and be unafraid, for your power is from on high. That which is seated in the heavens is your champion; you need not fear; come forth, Divine Spirit, from within and express yourself through me and let not my doubts hinder your approach. My faith goes forth to meet you, and my confidence embraces you. My waiting thought bids you welcome to my house of love, and joy accompanies us through the ages yet to come. I lay aside all fear and doubt.”

-Ernest Holmes
