Quaerite Et Invenietis “Seek and you will find”

These treatments are from Ernest Holmes’ book ’34 Spiritual Treatments’. Use them as prayer or affirmation. If used as prayer, feel the words as originating from your heart and going to the place inside you that God resides. If used as affirmation, pay close attention to the words and truly believe what you are reading. If you don’t believe in God, substitute the word God for anything you choose, and tweak the words to make them work for you.

 

“I know that God Mind in me is all-knowing. Whatever I undertake it knows how to complete. The law of my life does not permit me to get into situations which I cannot handle. My actions are constructive, and I do everything necessary to insure the successful attainment of my goal. No negative thought has any power because I am positive in my mental acceptance of successful being. The spirit in me is dynamic, vital, and alive. My positive thinking opens every avenue for right action. My positive thinking draws to me a stream of fresh ideas that keep my mental outlook invigorating. Everything my thought touches is made constructive and good. I have no fear of negative thought regarding me or what I am doing, because God Mind is positive knowing. My knowledge that God Mind is all permits nothing of confusion nor fear. The forward momentum of my life permits no delay or stoppage. The continuous action of God-knowing creates my perfect world.”
