Spiritual Treatments #3

Use these treatments as prayers or affirmations. If used as prayer, feel the words as originating from your heart and going to the place inside you that God resides. If used as an affirmation, pay close attention to the words and truly believe what you are reading. If you don’t believe in God, substitute the word God for anything you choose.

“God is all there is. All things are but different expressions of the One Infinite Spirit. The Mind of God created these expressions. The Mind of God created me. I am, therefore, a child of God. Because I am aware of this great truth, I cannot experience pain or suffering. I cannot separate myself from God. Sickness cannot exist because I embrace this realization of my divinity. I affirm now: God is in me as me. The Mind of God in me designed my body. That design is perfect. This Inner Mind built my body and the Inner Physician knows how to keep this body in its designed perfection. I now declare that perfection. In the light of Truth, I see myself as a spiritual being. I see this spiritual being that I am, expressing wealth, wholeness and completion. I exult in the feeling of radiant energy, dynamic vitality and glorious well-being. Gratitude floods my consciousness and I know that it is done.”
